New York Knicks acquire free agent Jeremy Lin from Houston Rockets
Potential good news for Lin as the Knicks have lost rookie Iman Shumpert for 2-4 weeks due to a sprained MCL, as well as having Baron Davis out 8-10 weeks due to back problems. In addition to Mike Bibby having back problems of his own, Lin could very well see some playing time until Shumpert recovers.
